Join Chef Domenica Catelli, Executive Chef & Owner of Catelli’s, for an exclusive hands-on pasta-making class at the historic Catelli's restaurant in Geyserville. All in support of Sonoma Family Meal!
In this 3-hour class, Domenica will teach you the basics of pasta dough, from mixing and rolling to filling and cutting your own handmade pasta. You’ll also get the chance to learn different pasta fillings and recipes she learned through her Italian heritage. Afterward, enjoy a delicious family-style meal with locally-sourced wines, featuring the fruits of your labor.
About Domenica Catelli:
Domenica is the third-generation Executive Chef & Owner of Catelli’s restaurant, a beloved local institution that she revitalized 15 years ago. She’s also a cookbook author, media personality, and has appeared on popular shows like Iron Chef America and Guy’s Grocery Games. Domenica’s culinary expertise and commitment to excellence have earned her recognition as one of the top chefs in California.
