Join Brionne Peacock, Sous Chef at Drakes Sonoma Coast restaurant in the Bodega Bay Lodge, for a unique coastal cuisine cooking class at the Sonoma Family Meal Kitchen! The hands-on, collaborative class will last 2.5 hours, with time to enjoy your meal together at the end.

Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just starting out, this class will offer a fun, engaging learning environment, while also supporting Sonoma Family Meal.

If you haven’t been to the SFM Kitchen yet, this class is also the perfect chance to visit and experience where the magic takes place and how SFM work gets done.

ABOUT THE CHEF:

Chef Brionne Peacock has been sharing his talents for the past three years as a Sous Chef at Drakes Sonoma Coast, a locally sourced farm-to table restaurant inside The Lodge at Bodega Bay.

With a lifelong love for food and cooking, Brionne’s first restaurant job started in the dish pit at 14 years old. From then on, he never missed an opportunity to perfect his skills and grow his career, leaning into his on-the-job experience to deepen his knowledge, instead of attending a traditional culinary school. Brionne spent time cooking at Harveys Casino in Lake Tahoe, took part in the opening of Treasure Island in Las Vegas, and held the responsibility of Chef de Cuisine at the iconic Starker’s Restaurant in Kansas City for several years. He has a deep appreciation for international cuisine, with many describing his culinary style as diverse.

In the rare occasion that Brionne is not in the kitchen, he spends his free time taking long drives on his Harley Davidson, reading history books, and spending time with his German Shepard, Bocephus “Bo”.
